Job Title: Insurance Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Insurance Administrator to join our team in London. As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance manager and development team by managing bordereaux data for multiple insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bordereaux Management: You will be responsible for facilitating the production, cleansing, and reformatting of Written, Premium, and Claims bordereaux across multiple insurance companies.
  • Data Integration: You will work closely with our development team to integrate bordereaux data into our suite of web applications, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Historical Data Handling: You will manage the uploading of historical bordereaux data, ensuring that all information is accurately captured and stored within our systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: You will proactively manage and resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders, collaborating closely with our underwriting team to rectify any data discrepancies or breaches in compliance.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify opportunities for process enhancements and work with our team to implement innovative solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a generous pension scheme.
