Car Sales Professional

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our sales team at West End Garage ORG as a Trainee Car Sales Executive. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop a career in the automotive sector and achieve a first-year OTE of £35,000 (uncapped) plus company car and great benefits.
About the Role:
As a Trainee Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for observing and learning every aspect of selling a car, as well as the smooth running of our dealership's sales department. You will be enrolled on the Škoda Sales Executive Accreditation path and will have the opportunity to achieve full Accreditation within 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be considered for the vacancy, we welcome all backgrounds and experience, whether you have some sales experience or none.
- You will need to hold a full driving licence.
- Have confidence, resilience, drive, energy, and talent.
- Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our Škoda products and services.
