About the Role

As a Property Listing Specialist at Spicerhaart, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and generating new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through various marketing strategies
  • Gain new instructions for properties to market and complete contracts on properties
  • Upsell additional products and services to clients
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area and engage with potential clients through door knocking and leaflet dropping
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an estate agent or in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail
