  • We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Quality Analyst to lead the implementation of a data quality monitoring and reporting framework.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing processes to measure, monitor, and report on data quality levels, including rule creation, dashboards, and data quality profiling.
  • You will manage, track, and communicate data quality issues across the organisation, leading retrospectives and identifying root causes for data quality issues and their resolution.
  • Support data owners & stewards with their responsibilities related to data quality and ensure clear accountability for the organisation's key data assets.
  • Ensure that the data quality, standards, and process are continually reviewed and improved according to best practice, stakeholder feedback, and organisational demands.

About the Role

  • Responsible for managing processes to measure, monitor, and report on data quality levels, including rule creation, dashboards, and data quality profiling.
  • Manage, track, and communicate data quality issues across the organisation, leading retrospectives and identifying root causes for data quality issues and their resolution.
  • Support data owners & stewards with their responsibilities related to data quality and ensure clear accountability for the organisation's key data assets.
  • Ensure that the data quality, standards, and process are continually reviewed and improved according to best practice, stakeholder feedback, and organisational demands.
  • Ensure that the data governance materials are fit-for-purpose to business needs.

About You

  • Broad experience gained within the data field, ideally in a large, data-led and consumer-focused organisation.
  • Experience working as a Data Quality Analyst or in a Data Quality related role.
  • Able to lead the development and maintenance of data quality rules, profiling, and dashboards.
  • Experience managing data quality issue resolution with a range of stakeholders from business managers to technical experts.
  • Robust knowledge of GDPR and implications on the management of consumer data.

We're operating in a hybrid working model with a mix of office-based and remote-based work. You'll be expected to come into our London office 3 days a week.
