Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our service users, enabling them to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to Care Certificate standards.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a caring environment, preferably in mental health services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including days, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
  • Passion for making a positive difference to someone's life.
