Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our team at Birchwood Residential Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents, supporting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and promoting their independence.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with leisure and social activities, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
