We are looking for a skilled and motivated Master Pastry Lead to join our GAIL's team.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to take charge, develop others, and maximize your team's potential.

You will be responsible for proving and baking items for our beautifully presented displays, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring that our fresh food, bread, and cakes are delivered to perfection.

As a Master Pastry Lead, you will be working closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all products are made to the highest standard.

In this role, you will be expected to be organized, clear in communication, and have a passion for taking charge and leading by example.

Our bakeries operate early, typically between 5:00am – 6:30am, so you must be willing to start early and be flexible with your schedule.

The estimated salary for this position is around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
