- Customer Focus
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver a great customer experience
- Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions
- Market Knowledge
- Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth and customer acquisition
- Operational Excellence
- Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey
- Health and Safety
- Lead the team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how to keep themselves and others safe at work
