Aftersales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Coordinator to join our team at Rolls-Royce Power Systems in Heybridge. This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 3 days of on-site presence per week.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering data, analyzing performance against contracts, and providing excellent support to the sales & services team and internal staff. Key tasks include order processing, customer service, relationship building, and monitoring financial accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process orders and produce customer order acknowledgments

3. Deliver exceptional customer service and handle day-to-day queries around orders, products, and returns
4. /li>
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met
6. /li>
7. Liaise with Company Partners for all service enquiries and orders
8. /li>
9. Monitor customer and supplier financial accounts
10. /li>
11. Arrange travel and accommodation for Services Support staff and visiting customers
12. /li>
13. Provide telephone and email technical support for company-supported products

Requirements:

1. Proficient in MS Office software and experience with ERP systems or similar and engine diagnostics software. On-the-job training will be provided for relevant business IT systems

3. Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
4. /li>
5. Experience working in a customer service environment
6. /li>
7. Clean full UK driving licence
8. /li>

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
