Job Title: Plumber and Multi Trader

Location: Alton and surrounding areas

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out plumbing and multi-trade repairs and maintenance in Housing Association properties
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of plumbing and multi-trade practices
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
