About the Role

This is a part-time position, with a variety of shifts including earlies, mid-shifts, lates, and sleep-ins, as well as alternate weekends. You will be required to drive manual mobility vehicles, so a full UK driving license is essential. Our service is located on Hayling Island, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the local area and wants to make a positive difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on providing personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom. You will also be responsible for preparing meals, managing medication, and engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being. We encourage our staff to develop relationships with our clients and involve them in activities they enjoy, such as going out for drives, meals, or strolls along the seafront.
