About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Otis. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or construction sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in business or engineering, or equivalent experience.
