We are seeking skilled Phlebotomists and Healthcare Assistants to join our team for a locum contract. The successful candidates will be responsible for drawing blood samples, labelling, and storing them correctly in fixed and mobile locations.

The service operates seven days a week, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday (0745-1815), Saturday (0845-1715), and Sunday (1045-1605). The team will work with a large participant base of over 270,000 individuals aged 18 and above.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from participants
  • Label and store samples correctly
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements:

  • Competency in Phlebotomy with a certificate or sign-off
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends

Location: Exmouth, Torquay, Newton Abbott, and Honiton

Rate: £18-25 per hour
