Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Culinary Expert to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland. As a Senior Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing delicious, high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers
  2. Overseeing and implementing menu changes to ensure a consistent and excellent dining experience
  3. Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and collaborating with the team to implement these changes
  4. Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
  5. Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts to drive business growth
  6. Representing Compass UK & Ireland and maintaining a positive brand image in the industry
  7. Maintaining kitchen inventory levels to ensure efficient operations
  8. Ensuring compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Possession of a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
  • Experience in supervising a team and leading kitchen operations
  • Familiarity with similar Chef roles and experience in managing kitchen inventory
  • Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Holding a Food Hygiene certificate is preferred

Salary Estimate: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
