Our Posties show up, rain or shine, to deliver trust to doorsteps. You could be part of it, bringing excitement to the faces that open front doors and supporting small businesses run from bedrooms.
About You
We are looking for upbeat, independent, and self-motivated individuals who are organised, punctual, and ready to deliver great customer service. You should be a people-person, a friendly face in the community, happy walking for long periods, and working outside in any weather.
What We Offer
To deliver on our ambition, we want the best. That's why we're delighted to offer market-leading pay and benefits for our sector. You can expect to receive pay that's 10% above the market average, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr. Overtime is paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate, and you'll get 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata).
