About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pupil Behaviour Manager to join our team. As a Behavioural Support Specialist, you will play a key role in fostering a positive school environment, promoting good behaviour, and addressing challenges head on.

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Heads of Year, and the Pastoral Team to identify behaviour issues and disengagement, and implement targeted intervention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with behavioural difficulties in a supportive and inclusive setting
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and other stakeholders to identify and address behaviour issues
  • Implement targeted intervention strategies to promote positive behaviour and wellbeing
