**About the Role:** SEN Teaching Assistant
Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

At Long Term Futures Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality education and care to children with special educational needs. We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Leamington Spa.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the class teacher to develop strategies for supporting the child's learning needs. You will also be responsible for implementing Team Teach techniques to manage behavior and promote social interaction.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching & Learning qualification or equivalent
  • Proven experience in supporting children with ASD and communication needs
  • Familiarity with PECS and Makaton
  • Strong behavior management skills, including Team Teach
  • Knowledge of EHCPs and the UK Key Stage 2 curriculum
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
