The ideal candidate should have a strong background in training and development, with a focus on social care best practices. Experience in coaching and mentoring others is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for internal staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions for team members
  • Maintain accurate records of training delivery and participant feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in training and development
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
