About the Role:

Job Summary:

S&P Global, Inc. is seeking an experienced Compliance Services Manager to support the growth of our EMEA Compliance Services group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and risk management, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of associates in providing compliance services to designated clients
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Perform special projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. accounting, finance, law)
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance and risk management
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
