About the Role

We are assisting a social housing organisation based in Sunderland in their recruitment of a skilled roofer.

This is an ongoing temporary opportunity to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out necessary roofing works on domestic properties.
  • Conduct general building duties as required.
  • Liaise with customers, managers and supervisory staff, customer services staff and a multi-trade workforce to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in carrying out roofing works.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
