Key Responsibilities:

  1. Help the Paint & Body Centre and Retailer achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control.
  2. Apply the warranty and goodwill policy and procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor the efficient progress of warranty repairs within the bodyshop.
  4. Ensure compliance with supplying partners (Retailer/Dealer/Centre) company policies, manufacturer requirements/agreement, and industry guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Good IT skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
