About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at our retirement development in Evesham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the lodge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to ensure efficient operation of the lodge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering results.
