Sales Development Representative

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Telesales Executive to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a vast internal database to identify potential customers and discuss future projects they are planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Calling business customers to discuss future projects and identify potential opportunities.
- Cleansing data to ensure accurate information and targeting the right decision-makers.
- Asking probing questions to gather relevant details and progress leads.
- Passing warm leads to the Business Development Manager or arranging meetings to discuss projects.
- Updating our CRM system with valuable information gained from conversations.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record in telesales and experience working in a medium to high call volume environment. Our ideal candidate will have a strong balance of quality and quantity, ensuring a great customer experience while driving business growth.
