Job Title: Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse

Job Summary:

Ramsay Health Care Clinical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain operating theatre equipment and supplies
• Monitor and maintain a safe and clean operating environment
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

• NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
• Surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament repairs
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Flexible and positive attitude
• Warm, considerate, and empathetic character
