We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Complex Care Manager to join our team in the North East and Yorkshire region. The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex care packages with clinical interventions, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining high standards of care.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to lead a team of nurses and case managers in coordinating and managing care packages. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, knowledge of industry legislation, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage complex care packages involving clinical interventions such as spinal injuries and acquired brain injuries.
  2. Lead a team of nurses and case managers to coordinate and manage care packages.
  3. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care.
  4. Foster a person-centred approach and prioritise individual wellbeing.
  5. Act as a responsive advocate for complaints and safeguarding.
