Job Overview:

As a Lead Early Childhood Educator at Hadland Care Group, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of individual children.
  • Work closely with parents/carers to understand their child's needs and create personalized plans for their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and cohesive approach to childcare, promoting consistency and continuity.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor the progress of children, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and achievements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to inform your practice.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent.
  • Must obtain a clear DBS.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Pension and parking.
