We are seeking an experienced lecturer with exceptional patisserie skills to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience of teaching or training students or employees within a professional setting and the ability to manage and motivate students.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,449 - £43,939 per annum, plus benefits including 38 days paid leave per year, 12 Bank Holidays & Concessionary Days, and a Teachers Pension Scheme with employer contributions of 28.6%.

The role involves teaching in our award-winning training restaurant, where students can gain hands-on experience plating desserts. Our state-of-the-art skills kitchens and equipment enable you to enhance and teach your wide knowledge of skills and expertise.
