About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to fill the role of Student Support Assistant in our college's LLDD department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with learning difficulties and disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to students aged 16-24, helping them to develop their skills and confidence. You will work closely with our Speech and Language Therapists (SLT) to create personalized learning plans that cater to each student's unique needs.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
