We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Vedra Foods, a new food concept in South-East London.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preparing the delicious food that comes out of the kitchen, working under the supervision of the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
Responsibilities include setting up the kitchen prior to opening, preparing assigned kitchen stations, cooking specific portions of each plated meal to order, and assisting with marinating, cutting, and precooking of foods.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar kitchen role, solid verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational and time management abilities, and in-depth knowledge of baking, cooking, and grilling techniques.
