Job Title: Public Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Public Relations (PR) Manager to join our client from the Automotive industry. As a key member of the team, you will develop and implement long-term PR strategies and detailed implementation plans focusing on product communication, corporate PR, MarCom, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement long-term public relations strategies, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
  • Coordinate with and report to HQ, providing localized PR solutions and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, social media, and influencer teams on ongoing projects and integrated marketing communications (IMC) initiatives.
  • Work cross-departmentally with product, network, aftersales, and backend functions.
  • Establish and maintain media relations.
  • Independently and collaboratively with agencies manage brand, corporate, and product press releases.
  • Handle crisis public relations, participate in managing major company emergencies, and propose crisis management plans.
  • Organize PR and media events, as well as small company conferences.
  • Conduct project summaries and gather market feedback post-events.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, automotive engineering, economics, or business management.
  • Professional Experience: Over 7 years of relevant experience in OEMs and the communication industry.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong media relationships.
  • Open-minded with a start-up mindset.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, planning, and execution skills.
  • Strong ability to handle pressure; proactive and innovative.
  • Language Requirement: High level of proficiency in English.
