**About the Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Physician to join our team as a Specialty Doctor in Care of the Elderly. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality care to our elderly patients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement care pathways to improve patient outcomes and reduce unnecessary admissions
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients
  • Contribute to the development of our department's strategic plan and objectives
  • Provide teaching and training to junior staff on the management of elderly patients
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
