Aerospace Quality Team Member

- Responsible for resolving quality issues through hands-on expertise and effective problem-solving
- Coaches and develops team members in technical and quality matters
- Develops continual product improvement throughout its manufacturing life
- Serves as a key interface with internal and external disciplines
- Evaluates and processes non-conformities
- Provides expert advice, information, and support to Design Engineering and other internal and external customers and suppliers
- Actively involved in improvement activities
- Contributes to Manufacturing Engineering strategy by providing input on manufacturing quality and technical issues
- Raises and authorises extra work on layouts, SAP, and MES

- Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Requirements:
- Knowledge of manufacturing principles, including methods, processes, production control, plant, and tooling based on a lean enterprise approach
