As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the complete life cycle of software implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, meeting budgetary demands, and maintaining overall project ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Plan and manage project resources effectively, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Manage and approve all billable time and expenses recorded against the project by Sovos Consultants.
  • Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders and hold weekly project update meetings throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Serve as the first level of escalation for all project-related risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically in managing large, complex projects in the software industry.
  • Experience working with large multinational corporations, including Fortune 500 companies, and familiarity with managing projects involving globally distributed teams.
  • Deep knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Experience in implementing high-stakes, long-term projects for large clients with complex requirements.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work assignments concurrently.
