Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at Reset Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, liaising with tenants and landlords, and ensuring that all maintenance and repairs are carried out efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords to resolve queries and issues
  • Managing maintenance and repairs, including arranging for contractors to attend sites
  • Updating our CRM system accurately and efficiently
  • Booking and managing property inspections and safety inspections
  • Attending property inspections and ensuring that all necessary safety certificates are in place
  • Managing invoices and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in property management, preferably in a lettings or property management role
  • Full UK driving license
  • Knowledge of lettings and property management legislation
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively and meet deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and property management CRM systems
