About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ERP Systems Administrator. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our users, ensuring they have access to the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Helpdesk environment, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, including Infor, SAP, and Dynamics.
