Senior Consultant - Digital Advisory

At Turner & Townsend Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Digital Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation and asset information management.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a passion for data and technology solutions. You'll have a deep understanding of the asset lifecycle and the enablers that drive value for infrastructure businesses. Your experience in delivering technology and data solutions will be invaluable in helping our clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate as a senior consultant, promoting and adapting our service offerings to meet client needs and deliver benefit.
  • Oversee the technical quality of digital and asset information services, ensuring they meet our high standards and deliver outstanding value to our clients.
  • Build and own lasting relationships with clients and the industry, identifying business opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Consult with clients, using your expertise to develop and shape their businesses and improve their data and technology management capabilities.
  • Drive and manage the delivery of complex transformation programmes and projects for clients.
  • Deliver project work, including facilitating internal and external workshops, writing reports, and delivering presentations.
  • Produce thought leadership and compelling collateral for internal and external communication, to support engagement with the industry and drive new, innovative ways of delivering outcomes for our clients.
  • Develop and communicate service offerings and lead bid activities.

Requirements

  • Understanding of data, technology, and business process maturity journeys from assessment to improvement roadmap development.
  • Demonstrable passion for data and technology solutions with an understanding of how digital capability can drive value for infrastructure businesses.
  • Experience of working in one or more infrastructure Asset Management organisations and knowledge of the phases of the asset lifecycle (Acquire, Operate, Maintain, Dispose) and its enablers, e.g. asset information & asset risk.
  • Experience in delivering technology and data solutions client-side and/or as part of a management consultancy, systems integrator, or solution vendor.
