Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at The Packhorse in Mapledurham. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to our guests
  • Managing tables and ensuring a smooth and efficient service
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve our business objectives

About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a natural ability to look after people. Previous experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter, bar tender, barista or food and beverage assistant is ideal, but not essential. You will bring your life experience to help keep a busy shift calm and collected, whilst ensuring you look after our customers in the best way possible.
