We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead our carrier management strategy in GB, ensuring seamless service delivery through carrier agreements. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the delivery of contractually committed services to carriers, coordinating with global teams as needed.
  • Support local carrier relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to provide carriers with performance analytics and feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of WTW's data and technology strategy, pivotal to the evolution of our carrier proposition.
  • Lead the development of our new carrier management value proposition, supporting innovation in products, services, and propositions.
  • Act as an early warning system, addressing escalation, claims issues, and strategic placement changes.
  • Advocate for clients navigating WTW, understanding structure and strategy, including growth and sales strategies.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and awareness internally of client relationships, trends, and activities with WTW.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business strategy, underwriting appetite, and capabilities.
  • Build relationships throughout the organization.
