About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Support Specialist to join our team at Home Group Limited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to vulnerable customers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.

What You'll Need

  • Experience working in a care or support role, preferably in a housing setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies, including the Care Act and Housing Act.
