Job Title: Tenancy Dispute Resolution Specialist

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Tenancy Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our housing team, you will be responsible for resolving tenancy disputes, breaches of tenancy conditions, and anti-social behaviour in a designated area of the town.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Enforce tenancy conditions and intervene to encourage tenancy sustainment.
  • Represent and promote joint working with other agencies involved in dealing with Domestic Violence, Hate Crimes, and Anti-Social Behaviour.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of service requests and maintain computerised and manual systems.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with Council officers, outside agencies, and tenants.
  • Provide written reports on issues and events related to the patch.
Requirements:
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice policies.
  • Ability to prepare cases and represent at Court hearings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
