We are seeking a highly skilled Product Director to join our team at Acorn Insurance & Financial Services LTD. As a key member of our digital product team, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our digital products, focusing on conversion and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of our digital product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Mentor and grow a team of product owners, providing guidance on product development and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, informing product development and growth strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in product leadership, with a focus on digital product development and growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with BI and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing a digital team and developing their skillset.
- Strong background in regulated industries, such as payments, fintech, or insurance.
