Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team at BAE Systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on vital security products and services, utilizing your expertise in sheet metal manufacturing and installation.

Salary: £37,318.00 per annum (plus 33% shift allowance may apply)

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their skills in manufacturing and installation of ventilation and furniture, working to engineering standards. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for using hand tools and understanding manufacturing and installation drawings.

Requirements:

  • Trade Papers to be provided with application
  • Clear understanding of SHE, COSHH risks awareness, and manufacturing processes
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and/or at height
  • Safety certification (SHE Induction, COSHH awareness, working at height)
  • Background in construction manufacturing
