About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Neurophysiology Expert to join our team as an Intraoperative Monitoring Specialist at Inomed Neurocare. As a Clinical Specialist or Clinical Specialist Trainee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of patients' nervous systems during various procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring techniques for a range of surgeries, including neuro, spine, orthopaedic, vascular, and other procedures.
- Produce comprehensive clinical reports to aid surgical decision-making and improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in a training program, completing theoretical exams and practical clinical assessments to progress your career.
- Create pre- and post-operative reflection documents to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Maintain effective communication with teammates and seniors on a daily basis.
- A minimum of one year's experience in intraoperative neuromonitoring is required for the Clinical Specialist position. Candidates with less or no experience may be considered for the Clinical Specialist Trainee role.
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in a neuroscience-related field is essential.
- A relevant scientific degree, such as neurophysiology or neuroscience, is also required.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK to provide services as needed.
- Fluent English language skills are necessary.
- Strong technical and analytical abilities.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, highly skilled clinical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient safety and care.

The salary for this role is between £30,000 and £40,000, plus an estimated 40% bonus scheme. This provides a total compensation package of approximately £42,000 to £56,000 per annum, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced professionals in the field.
