Job Description:
  Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgaging, and transfers of equity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting site visits and attending viewings as required
  • Coordinating with lenders and other third-party stakeholders
  • Drafting and exchanging contracts and other documentation
  • Managing paperwork and administrative tasks associated with the transaction

Requirements:
  To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in a conveyancing team, possess excellent telephone etiquette, and demonstrate a pleasant, flexible, and cooperative manner. They should also have a strong understanding of anti-money laundering regulations and quality procedures. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, able to multitask effectively, and provide excellent customer service. A salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
