We're seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our Infrastructure Software team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for translating vendor growth plans into actionable strategies and driving them in specific segments. You'll work closely with marketing on Market Development Funds and with the sales organization on specialized opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment.
  • Negotiate key tenders and large deals with full knowledge of assigned Vendor's product/service line.
  • Optimize results by driving sales out of agreed vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification, onboarding, and business development initiatives.
  • Build successful proposals by gathering customer information and planning an effective approach that demonstrates an understanding of requirements.
  • Take solution and service offerings to market, including TaaS.
  • Own quarterly vendor business planning and execution.
  • Drive overall vendor management.
  • Deliver value to customers while maintaining expected levels of margin return against balanced product mix.
  • Enable and help sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.
  • Develop relationships and engagement with vendors and stakeholders to ensure TD SYNNEX is seen as the 'Trusted Advisor'.
  • Ensure ongoing use of CRM tools for best-in-class business continuity.
  • Maintain full knowledge of assigned Vendor's product/service line.
  • Clearly understand TD SYNNEX's core value proposition and demonstrate ability to communicate with context to customer requirements.

  • Communicate effectively using a wide range of tools with customers.

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Skilled multi-level relationship builder.

  • Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling.
  • Strategic planning and business case development.
  • Experience working within a matrix structure.
  • Proven ability to self-manage in an external environment.
  • Business planning experience with strong operational cadence.
