**Job Role:**

* Clean-sheet mechanical design and development of rotating equipment
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets technical and business requirements
* Development of design specifications and documentation
* Mentorship and guidance of junior design engineers

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
* 5+ years of experience in mechanical design
* Strong understanding of motor technology and rotating equipment
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
