Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Operations Specialist to join our team at Bis Henderson. This role will be responsible for planning vehicle movements and working closely with the Operation teams to optimize daily activities.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation management and be able to effectively schedule daily operations to ensure efficient use of vehicles and drivers during collections and deliveries.

This is a key position within our organization, and we require someone who can work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily vehicle movements to ensure timely collections and deliveries.
  • Work closely with the Operation teams to optimize daily activities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, transportation management).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
