Scape is seeking a highly skilled Building Surveying professional to join their team in our Nottingham office. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality integrated building surveying services to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a full spectrum of building surveying services, including defect diagnosis, commercial building surveys, and expert advice on building/property issues.
  • Support the digitisation of Scape's estate by providing assessments of the suitability of applications for landlord consent and other related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with public sector assets, new build, and refurbishment projects. A strong condition report writing skillset is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

We offer a competitive salary, dependent on experience, as well as access to the Local Government Pension Scheme with generous employer contributions. Other benefits include Bupa private medical insurance, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional birthday leave, exposure to a wide range of projects, and enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay.

The estimated salary for this position is between £40,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
