We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Specialist to join our team at Kreston Reeves LLP. As a key member of our Service Line, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality human capital services to our clients, while also supporting the growth and development of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human capital, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in managing client relationships. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction, as well as identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the Service Line's business development activities.

This role offers a competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits program, including a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and Westfield Health Cash Plan.
