The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager Designate to join our team at Dreams. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the retail leadership team to develop and implement business initiatives that drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
The Job

As a Store Manager Designate, you will be responsible for managing our retail stores in the Essex/North East London area. You will be responsible for driving team engagement, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive a positive environment within your store, ensuring that you and your team are regularly involved in business initiatives, sharing best practice, and having fun.
  • Proactively lead your team to achieve set goals, expectations, and targets through effective coaching and training.
  • Motivate and inspire all of our valued dreamers.
  • Manage the store rota to ensure that we have the right people working at the right times.
  • Walk the floor regularly to ensure that store standards are consistently high, so every customer has an exceptional experience.
The Person

We are looking for a highly experienced and commercially focused individual who has a proven track record of store and team management. You will be a strong leader who can inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: You will have previous retail or commercial sales experience, demonstrating your strong track record of store and team management.
  • Commercially minded: You will be commercially focused and results-driven, with an aptitude for decision-making.
  • A proven leader: You will be highly experienced at working to performance targets and be motivated to achieve results for you and your team.
  • Inspirational: Your strong ability to lead will inspire and motivate your team.
  • Communicator: Using your excellent communication skills, you will be able to build rapport and establish great relationships with customers and colleagues.
